β β β β β Poor customer service. And beware of their promotions before you get into it. I recently saw their promotion of vouchers for purchases over some amount. I went to buy a small thing but purchased a little more because of the voucher. It said they are giving two 10sgd vouchers. The cashier didn't explain that how the vouchers work untill I pay the amount. He was like keeping me untill I pay. Then he said the vouchers cannot be used for one transaction. One voucher per one transaction only. And also the bill value should be minimum 40sgd plus the expire date was also around 1 week or something. I was extremely disappointed with that promotion. A tricky one. But they better not to use those kind of cheap tricks to achieve sales targets. They better explain how that work before customer buy their products. So it's better double check with promotion before you buy.
