★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was was 1st time to buy and encountered bad experienced. Reached there at about 8.10pm was told that I can only pay cash and exact amount of $8.40. I really felt it's ridiculous just because the cashier already closed her cashier machine early.
Was so frustrated and cancelled my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sevice becoming bad to worse... lack of ingredients... open as whatever timing they deem fit. Sometimes open at 11am, 11.am, 12.30am... so n so forth... if it happens once or twice, understood. But so many times. Please do not carry yourselves like some sort of superstar f&b outlet. Have some respect to the people who are makingbthe effort to purchase from your outlet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ options are very limited, long queues and waiting time was 13 minutes for a bowl. Please add more people to serve customers faster. The good thing is they have these paper orders to fill up so that you can decide upfront, but there is no signage that you have to use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 daily bowls. Chose 2 of the sauces but they didn’t have it and didn’t inform me about it. Instead the server just use the mayonnaise sauce for both of the daily bowls. When I asked what sauce is that she just said “oh the other sauce no more already”At least have the decency to let me know that you’re out the sauces that I’ve requested and ask if I want that only sauce you have left. Don’t assume. That is just bad service. Cannot be bothered attitude. Would rate it a zero star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy healthy affordable food. Keep in mind wait times are long if you come during lunch time 12-2pm. Come before 12pm if you don’t want to wait.
Here’s a newbie guide:
- There are clipboards with order chits on top of the glass display case.
- Use those clipboards to build your order and queue on the right.
- People standing on the left without clipboards have already ordered and are waiting for their order.
- Remember who ordered before you and watch them to see if your order is up next
- Wait for them to call your number
Despite the long wait I will come again because their food is tasty and reasonably priced!
