My first visit, I didn’t book any appointment and just walk in to do my eye lash extension. The staff who attended to me is friendly and she did my eye lashes well. However, when she removed my eye lashes, the solution went into my eyes and I was screaming in pain. She responded fast by pouring saline into my eyes to flush out the solution and she apologised to me. I am still quite shocked as this is the first time I encounter this during removal of my lashes. When I was making payment, her colleague, not sure is she the outlet manager asked me to sign up package. I told her what happen and I need to consider. She is not apologetic at all and say such things happen when we open our eyes when they remove the lashes for us. I told her not my first time to remove lashes and of course I did close my eyes. She then throw in some discount if I sign up package with them. Thou their package is really attractive it, I doubt I would go back again.
