A nice place to hang out. High head room. Clean decor. Cool aircon. Comfortable place.
Food is decent and unique. Coffee is good.
Service is 5 stars too... with room for improvement.
Overall a nice place which I will return.

โ โ โ โ โ Glean Cafe is edging towards serving fine dining food in cafe setting. Situated in a fairly quiet place in Braddell. Food is unique and the place is pretty well decorated. The price can be slightly on a high side. Service is excellent. There is no need to reserve a table on weekdays. There are vouchers on Chope that gives about 10% discounts.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice environment, high ceiling giving a spacious and airy feeling of the place. Full length glass windows and walls provide good natural lighting during daytime. Food is nice and goes well with beer. Great place to catch up with friends over drinks and food.

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped in for brunch on a Monday morning. Ordered a coffee and a salmon croissant, and the service crew was willing to make me a cup of caramel latte although it wasnโt on the menu. It was delicious. They should have that option on their menu ? sat for a while and ordered the lunch set, which includes a salad, a drink and a main for only $22. I had the carbonara and it was flavourful and comparable to the restaurants in town. Remember to try to the NUE tea on your visit. The tea was tasty, and reminds me of the Chinese herbal tea (but with a touch of sweet sugar-like flavour). Iโll revisit soon for a consistency test ? Iโm giving it a 4/5 for the moment.

โ โ โ โ โ Delicious Asian-inspired pasta and delightful desserts in a very pleasant setting and they're all-day dining! Good coffee as well. We has the laksa pasta, it was spicy and rich - really yummy. For avid cafe-hoppers, do try out Glean!

โ โ โ โ โ Quaint cafe in the Braddell industrial estate area, serving your typical atas cafe food. Had the sourdough and smoked salmon with poached egg. It also has prosciutto ham and avocado toppings. The bread was way too hard though, you have to soak it with the poached egg to avoid cutting the roof of your mouth. Latte was OK, but at this price point I expect a nicer pour.

Food is good. Their spicyness is quite potent. I would say, using Macs chili as a guide, if that was a 3 or 4, thier scale would only register it as a 1.
Food was fresh, good portion sized, reasonable pricing, generous with their ingredients. Definitely value for money
Food selection was limited though. If I remember correctly... I think total dishes was 16 or so... Including 4 versions of pasta, salad etc...
Had a 1 for 1 pasta deal as long as you pay with NETS. Which was a pleasant surprise.
Traditional coffee was a tad diluted. Don't order with ice.. dilutes it further.

โ โ โ โ โ I love the cafe decor. It has high ceiling, very spacious and refreshing. Less impressed with the food. It could also be a personal choice where i favour asian / strong favouring food. Very kids friendly. They offered gifts for young children. Free kids menu with each main course ordered. They have another European western restaurant right next to it. Would give a try next time.
