★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson at Queensway sold me a spectacle frame claiming it was titanium.
I just found out it isn't actually titanium (it stuck to a magnet).
It's a shame because I like the design and would have purchased it anyway. This lie just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience being served by a staff member that had his hair tied up. He was very patient and informative, and served my mom as well as I to the best of his abilities. We had a lovely time, and walked away with newly learned advice on how to maintain our purchases and other lovely advice. The other staff member was very pleasant as well. The prices were also very affordable too, so I highly recommend this shop if you're looking for fashionable and cheap eyewear.
