Very good service, definitely on the same level as Japan. However, I wish the lens replacement option could be more reasonable. Also, no anti fogging coating. Will buy a new pair of glasses if there is an option for anti fogging in the future.

My daughter collected her spec on 26th Feb @5+.(chinatown branch) The staff show her don’t bother me face and told her everything is good no need any adjustments at all. She was rushing to finish the job.Never come across such lousy service .Anyway is the last time we will patronise.

Good buy from the shop and served by a patient sales person Jasmine. Took time during the selection of frame and explanation on the usage of progressive lens during the purchase and collection time. Was worried on the yellowish tinge for PC lens but it's turned out to be good.

I was mainly served by Annie who was patient and helpful. The sales staff was also polite and upfront about charges after I provided my budget. Good service even though I walked in quite late (8+pm) and it was close to closing time. My glasses were made super quickly, around 20 mins or less! Annie was really nice to give me an extra glasses case.

Went to ION Orchard for a spectacle replacement and was redirected to Chinatown Point. When I reach ZOFF CTP the staff (a guy) have already prepared the replacement model and the process took less than 5 minutes. Was rushing back to work and didn't ask for a name. Great communication and services between both outlets. However I would advise getting frames made in Japan instead of those made in China.

Excellent customer service, fast, efficient and I loved the selection. Jasmine Lee was amazing, super friendly and helpful, she took me through the process, tested my eyes and I got two pairs of glasses which I love. All within an hour! Would definitely recommend

I made an appointment today. The person who helped me secure the appointment asked me to call back closer to appointment date to make sure the optician I requested will be available. I wonder why they require the customer to call them. You mean they cannot call customer if the optician I requested is not available on day of appointment. Looks like the below par customer experiences is likely accurate.

Just visited the Chinatown Point outlet this afternoon. I requested for a simple adjustment of my frame (brand new pair bought from their Funan outlet last Saturday) in English as it was too tight and pressing against my face. Brought along an identical pair for their easy reference. However, the first optometrist, Jeffrey, was unable to resolve the issue. He even requested for my prescription when I told him they are Zoff's PC reading glasses. The next staff, Annie, was worse. She removed the lenses (to adjust a frame that is too tight, seriously?). Further, she told me she has not enough strength to loosen the frame. The third staff (a male with dyed hair) came by and similarly, he was unable to resolve the issue and tried to skip my question pertaining to the second staff's rationale behind removing the lenses for a frame adjustment. This time, I spoke to them to Mandarin, and they finally understood what I was requesting for. But there is still no resolution. The second staff was away, she quickly returned to the staff area when she was back to avoid me. Although I am not trained in optometry, removing the lenses for a frame adjustment is totally illogical, isn't it? I am now awaiting the resolution from HQ on this matter. Was promised an adjustment by the Area Manager as per the lady who answered my call. For now, please proceed to the Chinatown Point outlet with caution. [You might risk getting the lenses of a brand new pair of glasses removed for no apparent reason.] This incident undermined the reputation of a Japanese brand, Zoff. Perhaps, they could hire better trained opticians, who can understand simple English or at least those who are willing to understand properly before proceeding to do the necessary. But to be fair to Zoff, the Ion outlet did a good job when I adjusted my first pair with them a couple of weeks ago.
