Go-Ahead Singapore - 2 Loyang Way

Bus number 36 (plate SBS6563D) route to airport this morning is bad. Air circulation is poor, can hardly feel there is airconditioning, only the fan is in service but no aircon and it is so stuffy. Driver left for toilet break half way with engine off and just let us sit in the bus cooking. ?

Just boarded 43M, SG5907P at the ‘Aft TPE’ bus stop no: 65439, which arrived at Punggol Interchange at 7:18pm 30th June. Driver was impatient and reckless. My husband flagged the bus down seconds after driver closed its front door while letting passengers off at the rear door. Driver stared at him and refused to open the front door right after spotting him. He has obviously seen my husband waving at him but still continued trying to drive the bus out from the bus stop after the last passenger alighted from the rear. He eventually opened the door but with the bus still rolling forward and my husband managed to hop on. However, the driver slammed the door close at my face when I was halfway boarding it. I nearly lost balance and my phone which I was holding in my hand slammed hard into the left door panel with a loud thud while I tried to find my balance as my whole body slammed into the left glass door panel. After he re-opened the door I stared at the driver in shock and half-yelled at him asking what exactly is he doing but he just continued closing the door, driving off and never apologize or said a word to me. My husband then told me he had to call out to him to tell him to re-open the door for me to board. I am definitely calling Go ahead SG tomorrow regarding this incident. Not the first case of reckless Go ahead Sg bus drivers I had encountered within 3 months.

Bus 666 is so slow after the change from the premium bus..it only has 2 timings after work..please ensure that the driver is there at UIC building @ 615pm as per what we had been used to taking it instead of 622pm..they should buck up especially for the price we pay, the same fare as the premium bus..

Dangerous driver with no regards for road safety. Bus 85 filtering out of bustop without signal and I had to jam my brake just not to hit him

Bus 62 normal travelling time for my route is 25 -30 mins, but after buses are change to 2 stairs, 3 doors buses, travelling time is 30 - 35. When I read in news said that the travelling time will be shorter. And another problem, buses are arrived in same time, 3 buses in same time mean another passengers have to wait more time. wasting the times at bus stop. PLEASE SOLVE IT.

App shows bus 119 coming, but no bus came resulting me to miss another service from 382G n waited an extra 8min..pls la..if u cant adhere to e timing, pls update your next service instead of making people wait..

I am impressed with the service Bus Captain Ms Salbiah provides on Bus 36 (SBS 6422C) on 27May ,1415hrs.She greets her passenger in the most friendly manner.Personally,I feel so welcomed by her gesture & that makes my day. When a pair of travellers boarded,she is helpful enough to informed them on where to park their luggages.The sunny smile has never left her face when she is interacting with the passengers.Kudos to this outstanding staff of yours.
