Bought Si Dian Jin and was very impressed and satisfied with Goldheart's products and our advisor, Danson's amazing service! Will definitely recommend Goldheart and Danson to friends and families!

I have patronised this shop a couple of times and the experiences were very pleasant. The sales personnel here were all very friendly and helpful especially Danson who patiently assisted in our purchasing.

Went to Goldheart at Tampines Mall outlet today with my mum at about 3:30pm today. We were circling around the store various rounds but the staff are all busy and held up, hence didn’t notice us. Then we saw another customer who went in and sat down and the male CS wearing a specs immediately say hi to them and ask them to wait a while then he at this point saw us and ask us to wait too while he serve the customer who just sat down cause he said “ they came in first”. But actually we were the ones who came in first but we didn’t sit down and walk around the various parts of the store looking at various pieces since they all are held up. The male CS didn’t notice that we are the ones who came in first and confidently tell us to wait first because he said the other customer came in first which is not true because he didn’t notice that we actually came in first and have been loitering in the shop for about 15 mins and no one seems come to serve us… he even ask us if we are together with them. This means that the male CS never even noticed us in the begining. When someone finally notice us, the words the male CS said is “oh u wait first cause they came in first” but actually we came in long ago but u didn’t notice only.Feeling angry, we left the shop and my mum feel unjust and went back to tell the male CS that actually we came in first but you didn’t see us, this time round he said he serve them cause they talk to him first but we recall they didn’t call out to him, they just sat there and he only saw them and call out to them then call out to us to wait… anyway we didn’t buy from that outlet and left. In this first place, the male CS should have been more aware of his surroundings and even if he didn’t notice who came in first, he should not assume and say that the other customer came in first…he could have just said sorry I approached them first so give me a bit of time and I come to you if he didn’t notice us. In addition, we recall we have been circling in the shop for 10 to 15 mins and everyone didn’t bother to approach us… and when someone finally approach us, the first thing we hear is you wait first (which we think is okay) and follow by I serve them first cause they came in first which is not okay because we were the ones who came in first actually… Totally not professional at all in the way u say things and handle those who waited patiently.

Nice place to shop with lots of variety. Eleen n Ruby are always helpful. Good Knowledge in their prdts and Eleen always know how to recommend to our liking. Well done keep up the good work.

Went to the outlet couple of days ago..was attended by one of the male CS..I ask for pendant and he reluctantly pointed to me where they were displayed. When I asked for rings, he pointed to the displayed area again as if he's not interested in the purchase.Since when Goldheart has become a self service station???As there are only few customers at that moment which are serve by his colleagues..The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable as if I've entered a cold room. Will give up my membership with them and of cos will never purchase anything from them anymore ?

Would like to specially compliment and thank Danson Tan for a very pleasant experience at Goldheart Tampines Mall! Danson has served us on our first visit to the store and we were very impressed with his professional and patience. Our 2nd visit with him was just as pleasant and they have became our go-to store for gold and jewellery!

My wife and I bought gold earrings and bracelets from the Tampines outlet. We were served by Eleen Lum and we were impressed by her knowledge and willingness to help us in choosing the perfect jewelry for us. Thank you Eleen for your help! We really appreciate it!

I want to ask for opinion on whether my ear piercings have closed as I have not worn earrings for a long time. Danny assisted me and he was very helpful in checking if my ear piercings are closed. He eventually told me that my ear piercings are still open. Thank you for your great help Danny.
