The salespeople were very pushy and didn't understand the meaning of giving space. Secondly, the PRICE. I was planning to order a phone case from them - S21 - Spigen Liquid Crystal, and it's listed at about 19.90 SGD online on Amazon.sg. It's sold at 29.90. I'll let that slide. However, they asked me if I wanted a screen protector, and told me it would be 39.90. What they did not clarify was that it ALONE would cost 39.90, not the total. Let me tell you that it is absolutely ludricous that a screen protector that costs that much - the only justifiable case is where it is a tempered glass screen protector for curved screens, since I understand that those are generally priced much more expensive. However this is for a FLAT screen. Looking at the other reviews listed here, it seems that the screen protectors that they provide aren't of much quality at all. The fact that this store is being allowed to run is an offence itself.

Bought a screen protector at $29.90 and it was said that it is a premium screen protector and can even withstand penknife cuts. However, cracks appeared after 2 days of use and I certainly did not drop my phone onto the floor. Seriously, if it's that premium, then it shouldn't be so vulnerable? Very overpriced for such a low quality product. Absolutely disappointing.

j	jonathan quek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting experience at this mobile shop. Purchased a $39.90 Zeelot Screen protector for my samsung s22 ultra and the sides started to have bubbles after 3 days. Went back to them and they mentioned that this is normal and I must have dropped my phone. Avoid going at all costs for all Tampines residents!!!
J	Joyce Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPhone 12 camera lens protector cracked so I went to namh to replace them. Once I reached home (about an hour later), I realised one of them was on the floor. Then I checked all 3 of them dropped. I called them and they said this has not happened before and they will not be able to replace them. Disappointing. I won’t be back. Wasted $22.90.

Went back to d shop they deny the problem & instead of changing a new one they try to remedy of which, it failed big time!! ( still insist to reuse). No customer service recovery at all!!! Now in jist 4 days , the whole protector screwed. By the way, they charged $15 for the fibre protector whereas I used to fix with $10 at Bedok.. stay away frm this shop. Big fraud!!!

I had the Zeelot UV TG installed yesterday and noticed it formed a bubble on the side (hardly noticeable but still there). I called their store and was asked to come over to the store so that they can check. They replaced it with a new one after I showed them my receipt. For those who are saying that their product is expensive, no one is actually forcing you to buy it. You always have an option to decline their offer and go to another shop that may offer less than what they have.
F	Fateandtime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a $39.90 glass screen protector, but within a week the side start to have bubble. And they say is I must have accidentally let something stick into the side and there nothing they can do about it. I normally only put my phone in my pocket with nothing else. If I know this $39.90 screen protector is so lousy, then I might as well buy a cheaper plastic protector. Avoid this high cost yet easily spoilt screen protector it is not worth it. Now have to live with this side bubble and hope it won't get bigger or peel off.
