Recently opened outlet that is right at Simei MRT station. Here, you can order your drinks at the self service machine before proceeding to collect your drinks up front. Perhaps due to them being newly opened, their signature milk cap tea didn't seem to taste as good as what we remembered, though we couldn't put our fingers on exactly why so. Will certainly try again when they are more established. Besides the signature tea with milk cap, some of our favourite drinks are the Earl Grey with 3 Js, and the lemon with white pearls. For the sake of your health, do remember to order with reduced sugar, or even no sugar! Cheers!

It’s amazing how they can make milk tea taste this bad. Couldn’t taste any tinge of tea at all.

Bad customer service. Me and my kid were having bubble tea from this shop for months like once in a week . Always I was ordering green tea with 0 sugar. Second last week at one night I tried a different flavor - one mango sago drink because the green tea at night time they are making tastes like water.same as always, ordered 0 sugar. But the drink was like a sugar syrup. While the time of ordering, they never told me for this drink they are using sugar filled artificial mango pulp even though they knew I ordered 0 sugar drink. It was too sweet that I could not drink. I went and asked why it has sugar as I ordered 0 sugar drink.(I seriously doubt the sales woman mistakenly put sugar ). They neither apologies, nor give me any other drink or my money back. When I was looking for a place to through my drink, they offered me their bin instead of saying a sorry. I stopped buying from here. A quite unhappy customer service.

I would like to specially praise Kino from this outlet, very good and efficient customer service and drinks are always filled to the brim & very quickly served ??

While ordering on a self-service kiosk and the wait time for the drink is reasonable. My thirst is quenched with this fruity drink. Cheers!

Nice easy to buy outlet. The $1 hot milk tea on a rainy day is very value for money. According to the cashier, the usual price on non rainy day is $3.50.

Very poor customer service at this place. Was left standing at their counter for a good 3-4minutes waiting for the staff to serve me, even though she knows I was infront of the counter :( She was busy stapling receipts and other order labels. I think the staff needs more training.

I think Kino deserves a massive pay raise. She prepared my order of 10 bubble tea at the speed of light and served me with the brightest smile ever. We need more of such efficiency at all gongcha outlets!!!
