โ โ โ โ โ No more long queues and they seem pretty efficient compared to the earlier comments that I saw. The cafe is also big enough to accommodate the queues and seating within.
Not a fan of milk tea but the milk foam black coffee 0% is decent. Sad they don't have the brown sugar jelly anymore

โ โ โ โ โ Was quite excited about having Gong Cha again as I always enjoyed their tea more than other brands. I went to this location right around closing time and unfortunately I was not able to get a drink. Normally, I wouldn't have even added a review since I did not obtain a drink, however, I found the staff despondent at best and downright rude at worst. The customers in front of me were able to order their drinks and when it was my turn the order, the cashier just ignored me. I asked for her attention again as she was about to walk away and she told me they're closed. There were so many ways they could have handled this better, but nevermind that. Giving tbis 2 stars instead of 1 star because I used to love their drinks and I am also giving the benefit of the doubt for maybe that staff member had a stressful day. Given this negative customer service experience, I will not be eager to come back any time soon.

โ โ โ โ โ As most of us know that they had some unhappy experience previously with local dealers but they had returned with same brand. They also continuously develop new drinks to retain customer. So far quite a good job done.
The outlet completed with self payment kiosk and table for chill out (if you manage to find one).

โ โ โ โ โ a staff name of Super Howard, was really friendly and kind towards us after we have spilled a drink and offered to clean up for us as well. Really nice guy :)
