★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the brown sugar deerioca fresh milk and it didn't disappoint. Previously ordered the same drink from another outlet and was disappointed but decided to gave The Alley another try and this time upon trying the brown sugar deerioca fresh milk, it indeed deserves the hype. The pearls itself had the right texture and the drink did not taste diluted. the staffs on duty had great customer service and was very polite, making the entire process smooth despite having a crowd. Would definitely go back to support & try the other highly raved drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the free Royal 9 Milk Tea with Pearls on opening day. The Alley has one of the better bbt around but the opening day bbt seems slightly diluted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new bubble tea place. Waiting time is longer at around 15 minutes for 3 cups of bubble tea maybe because they are short handed. I really like the new strawberry crunch drink!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the green tea macchiato. Its really bland and diluted. Milk foam is bland and not thick, tea taste is not strong , the overall drink is bad. Pearls is hard.

Original Purple Rice Yogurt is healthy and yummy (Choose 50% if you prefer it to be less sweet).
The pearls in Brown Sugar Deerioca Fresh Milk were chewy to my liking.

The drinks were very diluted.
Ordered brown sugar fresh milk and the matcha brown sugar fresh milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Peach Oolong Macchiato less ice 50% sugar. The milk foam is bland, does not add much taste to the tea. 50% is not really sweet. The peach and tea taste is also lacking. Overall its a bland cup of ice peach milk tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on opening day and had their hot royal 9 with pearls. waited for probably 5 mins as they were preparing a new batch of pearls. Totally worth the wait as the pearls were warm & chewy. Paired perfectly with the hot royal9 milk tea. The fragrant milk tea had a tinge of blueberry aroma. Perfect! Will definitely try other series of drinks.
