used to really love koi but nowadays the taste of the tea is getting milder and milder... almost like drinking plain water now.... Now there are more bubble tea brands that have better taste.

Horrible customer service over call, got hung up on. Didnt even get the order right the first time. Well done ???

Koi Cafe is consistently a place to get happiness in a cup. Just sad some staff are not aligned with Koi Cafe's standard. One lady staff shows an upity attitude, when a customer made a mistake of ordering Lemon-Honey instead of Honey-Lemon, the staff said "What?! We dont have Lemon-Honey only Honey-Lemon.." first time, I thought maybe just a hard day for her. Another time, I was ordering; I said "medium milk-tea, no-sugar, no..." this same lady drowned-out what I was saying, she said milk tea, what size, when i repeated, saying medium-milk tea, no sugar, no-ice..." she again interrupted and didnt pay attention, asked milk tea, medium any topping? Its a bit frustrating, hearing a disdainful staff like this. Second time, cannot be about har d days work. I also hear this same staff talk condescending to another customer because of the way she spoke. Its unfortunate Koi Cafe has people like this represeting them.

For me this is the best bubble tea in Singapore. I tried others like LiDO, but the quality of the bubbles, the konjac and the tea itself is best at Koi. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because they don’t accept credit cards, which is a major problem for me!

Thankfully the nice staff her name is JinChai. She greeted me and a warm welcome. Gob job!
