I like the natural taste of the fresh fruits with tea - Yi Fang Signature Fruit Tea is the best and is a much more healthier choice than other brands is Sg.

Ordered Tea latte and quite disappointed at the quality of milk tea. Also, Brown sugar Pearl is not chewy at all.

I like it so much and definitely will come again. Their pearl is chewy and fresh.

Their friendly staff, June recommended me the July Special - Smah Ice Lemon Oolong Tea and I loved it! The rich flavour of Oolong blends well with the sourness of Lemon and it's truly a refreshing fruit tea. Not forgetting the pulps!!

So glad they open a branch near me! And kudos to their well mannered and friendly staffs??

I know it's unfair if I am to compare with other brands, but how can I not when this brand replaced Xing Fu Tang 幸福堂 in the exact same store space! I was looking forward to my usual XFT Brown Sugar Fresh Milk, but then realized that it's now a new place called 一芳.. Anyway, so I ordered the same drink to try, but it's called a latte here, Brown Sugar Pearl Latte, at $6 for regular size (add $1 for large), and no selection for ice level (unlike XFT, which offers zero $ for less ice option). Oh, I was using GrabFood voucher for pickup, so it's $6, but it's $5.30 if you order there at the store. Anyway, on to the actual drink. Pearls were chewy, definitely has the brown sugar taste, but it's the small pearls, not the usual sized pearls, so.. I swallowed some whole, but that's just me. As for the milk.......... I'm not sure what milk they use, but this is the first time I've had such a diluted milk. I don't know how else to described, but it's just really diluted. Maybe half milk, half ice/water kind of feeling? And regarding service, I didn't like how the staff held my drink hostage, behind the counter, out of sight, if I didn't swap collected on the Grab app. I can't even check if my drink is correct. Hmm. What if it's wrong, right? Side note, I ordered something from a nearby store and causually asked if they tried the drinks here at 一芳, and asked for their recommendations, if any. They hesitated, and said they tried the fruit tea when it opened, but the drinks were just so-so, and that I should just go to SingPost's Hollin for my BBT fix. Point noted! I'll leave this rating at 2, cause the brown sugar pearls are nice and chewy. But minus stars for the price for diluted milk.
