m	mani pandian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality is very poor when I use the Grab voucher.. I will never visit again after using the current vochers. Already regretting that i have waste 18 SGD. Don't give offers if the quality is compromised or mention that clearly in the terms and conditions that you are serving low quality drinks under discounted price.
M	Mohd Nizar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the fresh milk black tea with 50% sugar. Comparing this with Koi's black tea latte, Koi's tastes better imho. Although this is 20cents cheaper, it's too watery. Could do with a bit more milk and tea.

D	Deming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told the staff I want no ice for my drink and she said it can't be done. I was surprised, how difficult it is for her to physically not add ice in? I even told her I can told up the price or she can lower the volume if that's her concern. Ended up she couldn't follow simple instructions simply because she can't or don't know how to key into the system. Even though she was also the same one making the drink. I ended up with a drink half filled with ice and a sulky face to look at. There's plenty of bubble tea choices around, won't patronize this outlet again.
C	CW K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gong Cha is back. Running as a franchise under a different management. The service was fast with benches for waiting customers. They have self-serve kiosk too. The taste was the familiar one as before. Bought my favorite Alisan Milk Tea??

It was so refreshing (maybe because I was thirsty?) and the white pearls so chewy and I would say it was generous amount of pearls. Not so crowded, I was the only one ordering at that time and there is a chair in front of the store to enjoy the drink also.
