★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to comfort food - 酸辣骨汤 (hot and sour pork bone) soup base with the myriad selection of protein, seafood, veggies, fish paste items and complete with instant noodles. Be early (before 1145am) to avoid the queue, I much prefer the dining here in the evenings as there is lesser crowds and plus they close late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got food poisoning after eating here the utensils were super dirty, there was dried up food on the spoons and bowls. I tried to clean it off but still kenna. The taste is not bad tho.

Managed to enter before the lunch crowd came.
Had a wide variety of food, surprised to find clams and mussels here. There are a carrot noodles, purple potato noodles too.
Had tomato based soup, with lots of mushrooms and vegetable.
The price was a bit high. However, the quality of the food and soup was good enough to compensate for the price.
Will definitely go back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend the mala. The soup is extremely salty and taste awful. One of the worse mala I ever eaten. And at 6 plus pm in a weekday, they don't have rice anymore.
I wonder if it is a tactic for us to take the noodles which is charged by weight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service staff amongst the outlets we’ve tried. So far we have been to almost all their outlets especially the ones nearer to our place.
Very good service attitude and very efficient services even when clearing the tables promptly even though there wasn’t a queue.
Kudos to the guy in black spectacles I didn’t get your name but I’ll be sure to get it next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is usually alright and I have enjoyed many of their mala soups in the past from various branches (Heartland Mall, Changi City Point, Funan Mall, NEX). But lately I realised that the meats are often not fresh, including the fish meat and chicken meat. On this occasion I found that the chicken meat smelt foul and I could not stand it, though it was more bearable after i peeled away the skin. Also it was pink and didn’t look exactly cooked… It is no longer a viable option for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually like the soup. But this time I visited Suntec outlet. There’s an ant/insect inside the soup. Didn’t bother to tell the staff also because they are not friendly. MOST IMPORTANTLY, The cleaner started to clean my table before I leave, once I stopped eating, he start to clean and EVEN spray the alcohol towards me. That was quite funny. Because they are not busy (430 weekday) and other tables finished long ago and never leave. I just sit for 20 min.
