Guests are seated after ordering at the kiosks. Food and drinks can be collected from their respective stations. That said, service members are kind enough to fetch you your drinks during lull periods - great imitative from them.
Food can be a little pricier but the quality and portion size is justifiable. Taste wise, it’s good. However I find the broth flavour for the beef noodles to be a little lacking. Perhaps it’s due to the recipe being adjusted to meet the halal requirements.
I enjoyed the milk tea - a pretty decent blend of bitter sweet. Reminiscent of Hong Kong milk teas, and at a later stage - typical nanyang milk tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Mian set Large, Thin noodles, Non-spicy, No veg, add Braised Egg, with Iced Lemon Tea. And if available, Lamb skewer 2 pcs please. Superb taste and texture and it's Halal! I come here not just to dine but to soothe my soul and take me back to 2016 when I travelled across China in the cold winter and steaming hot halal Beef Lamian kept me warm and comforted throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noodles and soup base are very good. Not MSG laden. Tried their mala chicken pot. Scary portion, can feed 3! Definitely value for money. The mala is also not stingy hot, can't wait to try other dishes next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall taste is good.. the la zi chicken very nice I like.. almost self service therefore.. therfore no service charges.. the spicy chicken is cold dish actually.. the egg is good.. is tang xin egg.. the Dumpling is a must really nice..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty food! The dumplings are a must-get. The beef slices, noodles and broth are nice on a cold day. Drinks are served in a cute ziploc that you can reseal and bring back if you can't finish. You can pick the type of noodles - I picked thin but I think next time I would try another. Also for some reason there are a lot of staff although everything from ordering (at machine) to collecting (self collect at counter) is self-service. Maybe can cut the staff and lower the prices would be even more worth it :)
