Not understanding & polite enough, literally almost shouting to me to clarify on the pick up venue & upfront rude throughout the phone call. Still challenging me to confirm which floor ( level 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 ) should he arranged pick up from Changi Medical Centre. Eventually I used another company, of course, even though is more expensive. But at least I did not pay more to deserve such rude service & putting my parents at risk.
I wish your company all the best with this kind of service. Not to mentioned this kind of staff you employ. Not wonder your review on Google is only a 1-star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staffs are extremely rude and unprofessional, on different multiple times we had to deal and interact with. To call yourself a healthcare service provider is an utter disgrace to all the other healthcare service providers. Looking at your Facebook reviews, you guys are fairing extremely poorly too. I genuinely highly and strongly advise people to think twice about this company. Having dealt with so many different amublance service providers over the years, grace ambulance is definitely down at the bottom end of the list.
