★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came for breakfast on a Saturday. I have been here several times but has never left a comment though. quite value for money for a light breakfast. they have like 3 fried want ons, and with 3 more wantons in the soup. it comes in various set meals. I would the sauce is good, and the noodles are nice on the texture. the kopi is a little too sweet though. anuty was seen constantly walking around collecting plates after customers are done. overall, is a place that u can visit for a fulfilling breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not been here for quite sometime, came today for a takeaway wanton noodle set with dessert. It is still one of the best wanton noodles in town, but the green bean dessert is a bit too sweet.
The customer service has deteriorated sharply. I noted the cashiers and noodles teams are at loggerheads, affecting the innocent customers badly. Cashier prepares the dessert (without packing) and just leave it on the counter and asked me to collect the noodles from the next counter. I then approached the noodles counter and was shouted at aggressively by a China woman who claimed she doesn’t know anything although I saw the already prepared noodles. Finally, a cashier collects the noodles and pack it into a singlet plastic bag with the dessert.
I wouldn’t mind paying the set cost $7.20 inclusive of 2 plastic containers, but definitely not the poor service. I will not come back again unless service improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Graffiti Cafe @ NEX on a late Monday afternoon and ordered (1) Set B (Wanton Noodles, Water Chestnut Drink, and a Soup), and (2) Ah Balling (Longan Soup).
Ambience: 5/10 (for a quick meal alone)
It is a decent spot for a very fast meal alone for when you are running short of time. The area is quite cramp and if you do visit during peak hour, it can feel like you are squeezing with the rest of the diners.
Service: 5/10
The collection point for food is not well-planned out as it is situated in the middle of the store right in front of a sitting area. Given that it is such a cramped area, it does not give the diners and people who are taking-away much area to walk. The queue display system is also placed such that you can only view it only if you are standing near it. As a result, people who are taking-away their food are forced to cramp around the collection point in the middle of the store, causing a lot of congestion and blockage for other diners who want to walk pass the area - such as to collect their utensil (which is again, poorly designed as it is placed near the cramped collection point which induces a lot of blockage). The staff on the other hand are actually relatively pleasant and friendly!
Flavour: 7/10
A very good bowl of wanton noodle that is very flavourful, filling, and affordable. The fried wantons are very crispy, noodles are Q, and with each bite of the tomato sauce that is infused with the noodle, it makes me wants to go back for more. The Ah Balling also impresses me as well - chewy and comforting when consumed together with the Longan Soup. My own complain is that the Water Chestnut is way too diluted. It felt like I was drinking a drink with ice that has been left under the sun to melt for 20 minutes.
Overall, I feel that Graffiti Cafe is a very good place for a quick meal if you are craving for an affordable yet delicious bowl of Wanton Noodle and Ah Balling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been patronising this store about once a fortnight for years.
Food:
(+) The carrot cake is very crispy.
(-) Green bean and red bean soup are too sweet.
(+) Wanton noodle comes with fried wanton (and boiled wanton in the soup)
(-) Noodles is too oily.
Environment:
(-) Too cram. Seats are so close that it's impossible for patrons to fit the back-to-back seat.
(-) Tables, trays, utensils are all dirty and oily. Definitely will get your hands oily if you touch the trays or bowls. Come prepared with tissue papers or pay 30¢ for their tissue papers.
Service:
(-) Only speaks Chinese.
(-) Will not tell you that they run out of certain ingredient. You'll only find out when you receive the food and notice it missing.
(+) Opens till late so I'll still patronise the shop if other eateries are closed.
