★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CoffeeBean @NEX is relatively small but it works for existing in such a big mall. Not easy to find seats and not many seats with charging points.
Recommended to find seat first then start ordering as many people are eyeing for the seats like Eagles catching mice.
Overall, very noisy because it’s an open environment not only from the Cafe but other nearby shops and amenities as well.
Pro is that it is 24 hours, tried and tested, i stayed for a full 12 hours before from 8pm to 8am. Must say that through the night it’s relatively quiet hence if you’re night owl student it’s good to study. However it may become a bit hot due to the fact that the mall will turn off it’s corridors air-conditioner hence it will be a little stuffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had breakfast there early. This outlet is a shared aircon with the mall. But since the mall is not fully open, expect stuffy and stagnant air. Recommended to go after 10.30am when the air starts to cool. If you want a good ambience to enjoy your breakfast, this is not the place.

They serve coffee, croissants, teas, frozen, etc... and also have a 4 dishes menu for lunch time.
That's OK if u are in a hurry and for coffee it's all right too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly they are managing the intended durations spend by customers at this outlet. Overall politely they discourage studying or loitering around without purchase of beverages drinks or cakes. Nevertheless it’s fine with myself, I enjoyed warm latte with some cakes. The oneh cake is average but the cheese cake taste heavenly creamy! Nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Nex is so popular that getting a table is like striking lottery especially now that tables have to be further apart in line with safe distancing measures.
Love the Malibu Dream, Drink of Orange, Banana and Vanilla Powder is nice. The Swedish Berries is on the sour side but with some syrup it is cold and refreshing for a hot day. When Christmas comes, I always must have their Gingerbread Man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store does not even bother to enforce this rule. Being obedient I queued first buying my drink believing there is one seat left for me to take. Then the new customer came & just chopped the seat even before ordering the drink. I left with no seat. To cut story short, finally I got the another seat after arguing with other customers who came later & tried to snatch the seat. Not a pleasant experience.
Coffee Bean rewarded those who break the rule at the expense of those who obey the rule.
The incident occured at 27/3/2022 9:23pm. Coffee Bean NEX Mall.
