G	Gu Lien hua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got hot chocolate from Ascot high street store this morning. Firstly HOT chocolate should be hot. Frothy on top, cold milk in the middle and some sloppy chocolate concentrate in the bottom. Complete Garbage. Another chain who thinks they can just mug off the public. Thanks Starbucks, just spent my last money with you. It’s abysmal.
C	Cheryl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a relaxed and welcoming environment to enjoy your coffee, this is probably not the place. Was told, rather pointedly, right after placing my order that the dine-in period is an hour, again when I took a seat at the high table which could seat no more than 2, and then for the third time at the 40 min mark. Looked up and saw the staff members behind the counter giving me looks while I was reading from an iPad. I was glancing around from the resulting self-consciousness and also because I would gladly give up the seat if the crowd came in, but at 1pm on a weekday, the cafe was at best half full. Eventually left with my coffee in hand so that I didn’t have to hear it for the fourth time.

The store manager (I assume since he was dressed the most formal and not wearing an apron) came and offered a paper bag used to put their cakes and muffins, said that was what they have an I shld take it with a non apologetic tone. After I refuse and said that this was a gift for teachers day and shld have been informed upfront prior to purchase, was I offered the option to cancel the purchase. Would expect better training given for customer service for a big chain. The guy didn't seem like he knew any customer service.

It had branded itself so successfully that you can find one around any shopping centre in Singapore. This one is located in Serangoon Nex. Well situated at the 2nd level where most restaurants are. Enjoy your coffee. Nice ambience.

Have been here for so many times as it near my stay, but their service is really making people uncomfortable. Read through the reviews below, realised that many people has same comments as me, so I think repeating the complaints is not needed. Just conclude it: bad service ( might be untrained staff ) PS: was curious when I pick up my hot drink with ice cube inside???

I asked her to help to clean the table. She didn’t say anything. The coffee come out… I should clean the previous customer’s cup and dirty tissue.. I am willing to clean my table so far when stuff are busy, but I am uncomfortable and feel bad today because of her attitude.
