Nice soft and chewy ban jian kueh/pancake! Love it with peanut butter, but prob better with more filling cuz when I open up, the peanut butter was not evenly spread with some part having very little peanut butter.

It’s quite nice but I don’t understand why they purposely create the queue when it’s literally cut and serve thing. Queue 15 mins for ready made item is rather strange.

5 stars for Peanut butter pancake $1.20. Soft and slightly chewy pancake. The peanut butter filling was generous, thick and creamy. Very good indeed. Queue get get quite long, best to queue before buying your lunch.

It was my first try, and I was at Hong Lim FC on one of the weekdays' morning. There was a queue, needed to wait for a fresh batch to be cut, but not too long. I bought peanut and coconut for a try. I'm unsure why they are selling more expensive than other outlets, am I at the wrong stall? Unlikely, I will buy again.

A little queue but worth the time. It’s not the typical American pancake, nor the belgium waffle. The pancake itself it’s soft and airy with the right thickness to give you the satisfying bite. The batter isn’t sweet at all so it won’t overpower the taste of the fillings. Love it.

Long queue and it moved really slow for a pancake shop. Perhaps it was because the lady in front bought 3 million pancakes. When it came to my turn, it cleared quite fast. Pancake to filling ratio is good. Bought the peanut, coconut, red bean, and peanut butter pancake. All were up to expectations. Coconut pancake was quite sweet. Lady serving was quite cold but she was not rude.

Fabulously made carefully cut. A nice sweet treat eat as a meal or an after meal. $1 per piece for sugar crushed peanuts, sweeten coconut flakes, bean paste, and for $1.20 you get a peanut butter condensed milk version of the crushed peanut pancake. They are really nice traditional Chinese pancakes. Portioning is acceptable, although it is smaller than the traditional bigger cut. One More Thing, you are not allow to choose which pancake you desire. The staff will pick at random. Recommended.

4+ stars. Food quality: Just right, not too dry nor too wet, with choice of filling like peanut, peanut + peanut butter, coconut, etc. Crunchy as well. Definitely 1 of the better pancakes in town! Food portion / Price: Average size, can’t choose your slice, selling at $1.2/slice. Crowd: Always expect a queue, but the queue moves fast. Payment: Cash only.
