However, if you're looking for other or more complex services, like getting immediate cash for terminating your policies or to settle your claim amount, heading to the Head Quarter of GE at 1 Pickering street will be a better option.
There is only 1 Customer Service counter and 1 Cashier counter.
For Cashier counter, if you intend to use your VISA or Master card, then you should head for the AXS machine, as the cashier here only accept Cash, Cheque or pay by Nets.
Overall service quality still good, just limited that's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ operating hour is Monday to Friday only, cashier is till 430pm, customer service is till 530pm. no carpark avaliable to the public. nearest carpark is at purvis street or shaw tower. building is within erp zone. Nearest train station will be bugis junction mrt, esplanade mrt station, City Hall which all are within walking distance. general insurance, life insurance, corporate insurance avaliable. Front entrance of building is not exactly wheelchair friendly.
