So far all my maid finish contract , recommended him for my family , friends and neighbours too .Anyways thanks for ur help Eric .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greatlink Katong Branch agent named Lawrence Tan is really bad. Always chasing for money while suggesting the helper to go back and transfer so as to make more profit. He is racist and look down on PRC Chinese as well. It has been a really disgusting experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent is dishonest. My maid needed to return home to settle family crisis, so I sent her back to the agent, as per requested by them, to arrange for her repatriation. Instead of arranging for her flight back, they 'convinced' the maid to work for another employer, and we're left in a limbo. My elderly parents are left without someone to look after them and the house, and we siblings have to scramble to plug the gap. The agent meanwhile gets to earn another round of agency fee. I have since reported them to MOM. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!

1) Instigate helpers to transfer to others. They earn fees!
2) Don't bother to help with helper wanting to go home leave. Zero help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Network Employment Agency, Great Employmemt agency and Greatlink Employment are under the same boss.
Their service is very bad, I had to keep following up and ask them for updates.
And their helper is worst. Within a year, I spent 3 rounds of engagement with them. Their first helper come and don’t want to work for me, forcing me to replace them and the agency transfer the helper.
The second helper went MIA after I waited for near to 2months.
And lastly, the third helper run away from their agency.
After waiting for a year and paid so much, the agency did not provide me with an helper. They are irresponsible and did not do their part to provide me with right helper.
Think twice before you engage them.
Search the Great employment agency review and you will see that they transfer bad FDW around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angeline from the Bukit Timah branch (#02-18) is amazing. My friend introduced her to me when I was trying to get a new helper. She is extremely prompt and efficient, and so helpful every step of the way. In the end, I got my own transfer helper and even though I didn’t use her service, she still supplemented me with a complete step by step instruction on how to do the transfer process. She is AMAZING. Highly recommend looking for her if you need to get a helper!
