β β β β β I have been using Rinzin Agency for over 10 years now and I am very happy with the level of service from Ricky and his staff and also the quality of the helpers that they supply. Ricky is very experienced and capable of matching suitable helpers to me - he takes the time to understand my circumstances and personality hence almost always providing a good match. He also provides counselling to my helpers who are homesick or struggling with their work or time-management. I highly recommend Rinzin Agency!

β β β β β The FDW provided by this agency are unprofessional and untrained. The hygiene standard of the FWD are poor. No checks on them before sending to owner. They are not grooms to Singapore standard, just pick them from farm to bring Singapore

Manipuri and Tibetan origin people to Singapore; I have travelled Indian far and wide for 2 years - 5 major trips each for 6 months, from the Himalayan mountain of Lhahul Spiti to South of India Odisha Gujurat and Bangalore Goa and down to Chennai
And from the West in Punjabi to the East in Darjeeling Manipur Mizoram Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland and Assam and Meghalaya..
I am like the father of my North East Indian girls her is Singapore and am like a social worker to them and a HR to all my customers.
This job and business is my passion and at 65 yrs old now I am actvely involve in the day to day running of Rinzin Agency.

β β β β β Stay away from this agency. Completely unprofessional and unaccountable. Will not respond to your concerns once agency fees are paid. If you don't believe it, have a chat with the agency folks and look at they way they will sweet talk till they dump some helper who doesn't even know basic things like making tea.
All good reviews here have been written by agency itself using fake accounts.

β β β β β In summary if you are looking for an experienced , trustworthy and reasonable FDW hiring agency, you should definitely consider RINZIN Agency. I recently availed their services and found them extremely honest, transparent and very Profestional. In the past my experience with other FDW agencies has been not so great, but RINZIN team changed my perception totally. Thanks to Ricky and his team, for carefully understanding my requirement and matching it with right helper profiles.

No high handed talking and no bad behaviour. They are good people in finding a good helper . We also need little patience until the new person accustomed to be part of our family .

β β β β β This is my second contract with Rinzin agency with full term completed earlier. I find entire conduct is professional and would not hesitate to recommend them. Especially in this Covid era when all agency had tough time and many closed down but Ricky somehow keeping the business afloat with lot of hardwork. His entire team has work ethics but on top of that they keep the relationships friendly and problem solving with keeping humour in what they do. It's not easy and I respect his conduct.
