★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery of Safe. Had arranged for safe to be delivered today. Was at home the whole time. Waited and no one came. Checked my Hp and saw that i received misscalls. Called back and no one answered the call. Called the main office. Doesn't know what happened. Just tell me delivery next week.
Why can't your delivery person just knock on the door. So difficult? Regretting buying from them now. The service is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a digital safe from them in 2014 which is now locked unfortunately after "1 year" warranty period.
We are now stuck with a safe that can't open and the only way around suggested by Grupp is to break open the safe at a cost and then buy a new safe at an additional cost since the broken one cannot be fixed by them.
We are left with no other choice only 3 years after the purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited their Head Office at Kaki Bukit and were impressed by the large quantity of safes on display. We have never seen such a wide range of safes under one roof, from low to high security level. The salesperson, Ms Jeanette, was very courteous and patient. She took the trouble to explain the various safe models and its features. The thing I like about her is, she did not do any hard selling. Eventually, through Jeanette’s recommendation, we bought a Diplomat Safe. It was delivered the next day. The delivery person was a nice and careful guy. Took the trouble to protect our flooring with carpet. Overall, we were very satisfied with their services and product.
