Mega Discount Store - 5 Stadium Walk

Bought a LG washing machine with them 2 years ago and paid $200+ for extended warranty of additional 3 yrs. the machine broke down after 2 years and not covered by lg warranty anymore. But it’s technically covered by mega store. Called the store to ask for repair and it’s been 3 days no news yet. Lesson learnt- don’t ever believe in extended warranty. They will just take super long to entertain you

Very very poor service , don’t be the next customer being empty hand and wasting yr time at this store. Some of the employees don’t even treat u as customer. Go to more reliable and good reputation company . No respect of customer and disconnected team.

The promoters are like buayas.. Skim everything through and out talk you at a very fast pace.. Doesnt allow you time to think or choose.. Everything was quickly decided by the promoters.. Promoters will tend to quickly dismiss the brands other then those they promote.. Seems like based on quota or commission driven rather then what customer really needs.. Strongly encourage to do your homework before heading down.. Disclaimer not all promoters there are like that.. But a handful is good enough for the experience..

Dishonest seller who does not honour his own price on Qoo10. Purchased a washing machine from their online store and made payment. The order was cancelled by them, citing error in pricing. If you are not ready to stand behind your own listing, why even put them online? Stop scamming your customers.

Previously put in a deposit for a Tv at mega but recently went back to change to a hob instead. The salesman DAVID who served us had a very bad attitude. Never have I ever heard a salesman telling us that we asked too many questions and he did. If he don’t wish to answer, he should probably not be in the retail line. He gave us the price for the EF analog button hob at $300. Subsequently, we asked him to check for another model that has digital button instead, he went to make a call and came back telling us that he can also do $300. So, we told him that we want to use the deposit credit amount for the digital button hob. So this “Don’t like people to ask too many questions” salesman came back to us with the invoice. We were shocked to see him sneaked in the $350 figure on the invoice. When we questioned him, he denied ever saying $300 for digital button hob even when two person heard what he said. There is no point in talking to such a dishonest person and eventually we settled for the $300 analog button hob. I would not recommend shopping at MEGA DISCOUNT STORE at all and avoid DAVID. Luckily we do not have any further orders with them. Giving 1 star is already a kindness to them.

Great customer service from Mr. Jeff Chua, ended up with me buying most of my electrical appliances for my coming new house from him. Since I'm gonna move in 2 room BTO he was able to gave me his real life experience, pros and cons and why he would choose that particular model and brand. "If you want to know what brands are reliable, just ask the sales person which brand are they using and why".

Was actually here to pick up items for someone else but was impressed by Ben's service and ended up buying appliances for ourselves. Found him to be knowledgeable and he was clear in explaining pros and cons and requirements for the items we were looking at. No hard sell or pushiness. He was straightforward and polite in his explanations. We also had to get a new invoice and he made sure that everything was in order by double checking.

In a nutshell, spoke to Jeremy about washing machine... Very happy to purchase a Samsung one from him.. And.. Yup it good and quiet. So much quieter than my previous one...
