★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist was extremely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I went in to ask for OTC medication for upset stomach and the pharmacist insisted whoever was interning there provide the answer first. The intern /pharmacist assistant was also extremely unprofessional. She was not coherent with her answers at all whatsoever and I just stood there for 5 min thinking she was getting more info but she was just expecting me to go away. Stay clear away from this place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff didnt bother to replenish supplements on display when i inquire or at least to check. She only interested to promote certain brand. Unlike guardian Sembawang where the staff offer to check & find for customers. The pharmacist was not friendly. I left without purchase as no one bother to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a specific medicine and wanted to check if stock was available before I came in. Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 guardian branches don't answer their phones and I can't go from branch to branch checking. The ones I did visit in the Kallang area had absent pharmacists ( which I would have known about if someone picked up the phone ).
Unity on the other hand has amazing customer service who answer the phone without fail at all three branches I tried. They told me exactly which branch had stock and that pharmacist kindly reserved the medication for me. Guardian has a lot of work to do in terms of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "My pharmacy"...Unfortunately, on my trip to Singapore, I got extremely sick, and this pharmacy was my place to go almost every day.
Water prices, medicine, and service were excellent in here.
This place is also located in the Shops at Marina Bay Sands.
But the best thing here was the service, from the cashiers to the wonderful pharmacist. They helped me twice when I went to asked them for a clinic or a hospital to go to, he personally got his phone, did the research and I took a picture of the map and location. Then the other time I went another one helped find the ibuprofen for my fever because I couldn't understand the language.
Thank you, Guardian, for taking care of me.
