Inventory has always been healthy here although at times counter service might be a bit slow... competitive prices for some of the products is a draw.

rudest counter staff/cashier ever who yells "HA? WHAT YOU WANT?" at you, even though you're speaking loudly and clearly. Not helpful, chooses the people she wishes to be kind and helpful with. Sorry, I've lost faith in Guardian, I'll just hop over to Watson's from now on.

The new pharmacy technician (female named Roma) refuses to give any medications (anti-histamines). Despite the fact that I have been purchasing the same set of medications from guardian for the last 5 years. She is horrifically rude, and kept condesendingly saying that she's "following the regulation" and "Oh I'm following the law. I can show you the law". Upon checking with the HSA regulations, there is no regulation baring the purchase of anti-histamines from a pharmacy. As a patient, this medication is vital for me to just live a normal and relatively healthy life. Why bother hiring a pharmacy technician that refuses to sell basic medications? The hardest parts of this situation, is that 1. she is within regulations to sell me anti-histamines 2. There is ample stock of anti-histamines seen behind her in a cupboard She refuses to sell me the anti-histamines simply because she does not want to. It's sad, but it's as if she derives some sort of sick power trip over being able to refuse people their medication.

Cashier was so incompetent. Told her the QR doesnt work and she stared at me despite me speaking clearly and loudly to her to the point I had to repeat the same thing more than twice. Held up the queue even. Did not even offer any plastic, I had to be the one asking and ended up doing two seperate payments.
