I bought the watch from Hub Jurong Point and it got problem with the minutes hand after 2 months. I went back for warranty. There is a aunty worker change her service attitude immediately when she know I am going for repair only. When I ask why I just bought it two month and it got problem, is that possible or frequently got this problem for their customer, she show her impatient face to me. Some more it need 3 months for repair. Watch got problem is okay but she service is really bad!!! I am not recommend to buy with them.

My Mum bought a watch for me on the 21st nov 2020 and i went down on the 22nd to change as it is not suitable for me. Upon entering the shop, i asked the staff if i could exchange the watch and if needed, i am willing to top up the value. The staff said yes and so i went to find a watch that is suitable for me. The staff did not entertain nor spoke to us pertaining to any discounted price of any watches except the ones with a stick sticker discount on the the glass panel. After looking a watch for a moment, i requested to exchange to this watch at the value of $508 while my watch was $434.00 and willing to top it up. However the staff said alright and did the exchange for me without topping up and said we can go. Confused and puzzle, we stood outside the shop for a few moments while going to their website to check the price of the watch. To our surprise, they are having discounted prices on all their watches and the watch i took was on a discounted price at 25%, which mean i had a balance of $53 left. The Staff CHOOSE NOT TO TELL ME and PRETENDED THAT THE WATCH WAS NOT ON DISCOUNT AND ALLOW ME TO LEAVE THE THE SHOP. Reentering the shop after a standing outside the shop, we entered the shop and confronted him. HE JUST SAID I AM SORRY, WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW? HAVE I APOLOGISE ALREADY? Honestly, this is super unprofessional and rude/bad customer service. TRYING TO CHEAT the customer by not telling them the price of the discount items. After which, we decision not to talk to him anymore as he is very unprofessional and rude. Another Staff name James, came and assist us. James did a great job in the service recovery and manage the situation well. The CHINESE MALAYSIAN worker was super unprofessional and i advise all customers to only look for JAMES If NEEDED. I Hope this review goes up to the public and be careful of such unprofessional CHEATER working in h2hub.

$10 for battery replacement, take more then 30min, no others customers in the shop. Both staff is chatting nothing to do. While collection, staff put my watches on the cashier rougher. I tell her please put gently if not will scratched it, although it is not a very expensive watches. She immediately show me black faces. Will never go back again to H2 Hub in Jurong Point.

Average service. Don't recommend. Don't leave your watches for a battery change even if they ask you to. One of my watches that I gave was working fine. And this guy said he's changed batteries for the bunch of watches I gave him. When I went back to collect, I asked "why did you change for all of them? Don't you check before changing the battery? " He immediately alerted himself and charged 10$ less. I felt cheated for a moment. If I wouldn't have asked, he would have charged me extra 10$. Now, IDK if he really gave new battery to my watches or not..

I am sorry to say but this is not the first time that I felt this way but also on several occasions.. the sales person will only * entertain * the buyer whom they deem will purchase their products. There are enough salesperson to help customers unfortunately they are either too busy or not interested to help. There is no proactiveness in the customer service and this has been continuing for several years.. even the rigours of Covid haven't changed this..sad.
