★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is good (a bit dark). The dishes are good and some have quite special smells and flavors. One of my friend described the beer onion rings as “heavenly,” and the other friend literally asked if we smelled something explosive (of course not) when this mushroom soup with croutons was served ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Introduced Collin’s to another friend.. and ordered another dish to try plus my favorite truffle mushroom soup. The lychee tea that was served was too sweet and need to dilute with water. The appetizer pork belly was tasty and the sauce was delicious!!! The seafood rissotto was really worth it! - very generous portion of prawn/squid/clams/mussel/fish in a tasty sauce. The serving seems small but very filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the Australian baby lamb rack and wasn't that good compare to Nex outlet.. the odor near to the bone was strong.. couldn't finish clean..
Had truffle and fish chips.. taste soso..
Location is fantastic, the atmosphere is perfect.. seats are convenience.. speed of service was great..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK place for grills, a tint of charburnt taste....if you like it. OK food quality for its price. Buffalo drumlets a bit on the dry side. Preferred hot tomato available in jurong point mall too that delivers a better value. At this price point, Jack's place would deliver a better dining experience on food quality and restaurant ambience. Probably, Collins would like to review its product/service target segmentation. Another thing that I dislike is the smell of grills you would take away after dining. Also, depending on the time of the day, it could be a bit warm. Above my personal opinion after eating there twice with my wife. During the twice dining, we ordered Babyback ribs, carbonate pasta, Buffalo drumlets, chicken chop, ravioli, red wine.

Frankly, I felt the standards have slightly dropped. Service was alright, but somehow wasn't very impressed with the food. We ordered a mixed grill and the lamp chops came out rubbery, the veggies over cooked and saucy. Potato au gratin was a saver, but the other meat items left much to be desired. My son's grilled haddock was not very flavorful, though the texture was good. The chamomile tea was tops, highly recommended!
Overall I felt the food lacked flavour, maybe it just wasn't the right day, so I'll come back again another day :) Hope there's improvement by then!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably good food. Location around the neighbourhood which is convenient & good place for families. There is a tomahawk steak promotion of S$98 for 1kg (up $160). In addition, there is Citibank offer of a free truffle fries for orders above $50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for a usual weekday lunch. Surprised that there isn’t any crowd. The main course came very fast, I wish they could actually serve only after we finished the soup as table is not big enough to put everything. Anyway the mixed grill is great. Pork chop is very tender and not too dry. A hearty meal for lunch! Will come again
