★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my tiles for 4-room BTO here, they have a reasonable size collection. Paid $4.15 per sq foot for my wood inspired tiles, which 60% was made in Italy, rest in Turkey. They accept return of unused tiles in boxes, which meant a $300+ cash back in my case, really good policy. I highly recommend salesman Boon Hwa, very knowledgeable and friendly about tiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for Justin and their Products.? Quality range of items available. Justin's customer service is beyond words. He is willing to help as much as he can. Understands urgency and you can tell he knows what he is doing. We have ordered wood tile and marble. They never fail us. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their mosaic MOS-BN-ONYX S24 sample is totally deceiving, They had deliberately put various shades into one sample, but the actual products had no such variance AT ALL. Instead of the 4 shades of yellow, cream, beige, and dark taupe, it was just yellow. And it costs >$20/sf! All they did was argue about natural stones being different, and blamed me for not catching it before my contractor cut them all up. A severe lack of integrity! They should not have misrepresented the sample to begin with, and none of these would have happened. They have ruined my entire design, and cost me a ton for the labor. Hafary and other tile suppliers have never failed like this because they understand that renovation is an extremely expensive endeavor. And honest representation of the samples is crucial to fulfilling the client's dream home. Cheaters don't prosper!
