Had my hair ruined by another salon and decided that i need someone to save my hair. Read reviews and Eddie's name stood out. Called and asked for him. He was about to leave but was very kind to stay and wait for me to travel over. Not only did he tamed my unruly hair, he remained patient, gentle, kind and professional even though his colleagues left one by one and he became the last to leave. He even offered me a disposable mask before he washes my hair because "it might be uncomfortable for you to wear a mask what is wet". SIX stars for Eddie!

I called to ask about the price of the stylists and after being told that the senior hairstylist is $75, when I got to the studio the reception asked if I’d like to go with an even more senior stylist at $85 instead. I was a bit taken aback - and already felt uncomfortable. The atmosphere of the place didn’t feel very premium, and the hairstylist was not professionally dressed, nor did she understand how to cut my hair. It grew our quite terribly. I was disappointed with the experience and won’t go back again.

Had ash pink bleaching, highlight & colouring done by @travisbinghe at ION Level 4! Colour was recommended by Travis and the end results was amazing! My whole look is still suitable for any professional or casual occasions. Throughout the process, Travis is very friendly and constantly engage with me on various topics. This whole service took only 3 hours to complete, which is very fast provided that the highlight was well planned professionally, such that when my hair continue to grow longer, there won't be a visible line that shows a straight line on both sides afterwards. Travis also made the effort to blend the highlights such that some areas are bleached more and some areas lesser. This would create more visible shadow & highlighted areas in my hair, which will look visually more voluminous. To quicken the process, Travis even arranged for another lady, 1 extra pair of hands to assist the final hair colouring step, which is to dye my hair ash pink. This lady also helped me to wash my hair with an extremely fragrant shampoo & conditioner (they called it a "blue shampoo). The scent is like lemon+baby powder+sweet cherries? Anyway, I love this set so much that I will return to purchase this set when I've used up all my shampoos & conditioner sets. Now I regret storing too many stocks at home... Overall, the whole experience was positive. The service, the quality, the end results are all better than my expectation. It has been 2 weeks since I've dyed my hair now, and the pink has faded away. However, the brownish base tone is still there so my look is still very decent. My hair has also grown much longer (somehow, within 2 weeks) and all the highlighted areas are still blended in very naturally. Highly recommend anyone to visit Travis at ION Level 4! He is definitely good and artistic~ haha
