โ โ โ โ โ Tissot is a very famous worldwide brand, the shop is really nice, many items available and everything seems well arranged. However, core business is only selling items, assistance is disputable since there are NO spare parts available in Singapore. Should you need to replace a leather strap, you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks and this is not acceptable at all. Brand is quite expensive and should re arrange the support chain in Singapore ensuring a prompt assistance and a right spare part stock. In addition, particularly in this shop, the personnel were not welcoming as it should and no ready to assist customers in the expected way. Wonโt buy a Tissot in Singapore!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Sales assistant is supposed to assist customers and make sure they have an enjoyable shopping experience. However, the two SA in this particular Tissot at ION is doing the total opposite. They are not welcoming at all. Donโt even waste your time visiting this store.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely one of the best of any outlet I've visited during our stay in Singapore.
Store-crew were super-nice and cheerful. Helping us to repair the watch and informing us with several option (with smile of course).
They rejected our offer for a fee after they helped us. "Just the charges only, Sir. No need to add more fees."
Will definitely return if we need more assistance on "Force Of Nature".. LOL
