From one side I ve lost hair and its very visible another side looks not done at all, like a month of regrowth. First time I have this kind of experience in Singapore salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman with shoulder-length hair two-tone hair color who wears eyeglasses (dunno the name cuz she didn't use her nametag) is very rude. she washed my hair very harsh and hurted my head too. She also dry my hair and deliberately hits her hairdryer 4x without saying sorry at all. She also talk very loud and rude. She also dunno how to cut my hair correctly. BAD MOMENT. Maybe she never learn about attitude and self-control. She need to go to Doctor.

The young man who shampooed my hair is very mindful and always check that the experience is most suitable. John did my short Bob after checking my hair quality and preference. He only starts after we reached an agreement and has been very meticulous on the last detail. Am quite happy with the experience and the hair cut and will go back again. Thank you for the whole experience.
