Its been 8 years since when I am getting my suits tailored to my taste but found none other than Prince Custom Tailors as best fit for this job. Visiting them is a delight as they are expert in all suit style that is in vogue. They are fast, friendly and provide phenomenal customer service

I bought a suit from here almost 10 years ago. I still wear it to this day. It’s made of great strong material. But what I’m still impressed by is this man still write me a Christmas card every singe year. If I ever go back to Singapore I’d be sure to stop by for another suit. Excellent.

I have had all my bespoke needs fulfilled at Prince Custom Tailors for the past 10 years. They are hands-down the best tailor shop in Singapore. I have never been a fan of making suits in other countries as I find them lacking in quality... Prince Custom Tailors have never disappointed me and I have always been mightily impressed by their services... To begin with, Mr Muru and his colleagues are very down-to-earth and friendly. They always welcome their customers with open arms and given that they are very experienced in this field, they provide many valuable suggestions and inputs. They have a wide range of quality and exquisite fabrics for both men and women and do their utmost best to cater to the needs and preferences of their customers. I have been doing suits, shirts and trousers here for a long time and the quality of their workmanship is top notch and immaculate. They would definitely make one look dapper. Furthermore, the prices here are very very affordable and wallet-friendly... With the festive season around the corner, it would be a good time to pop by their store and have all your bespoke needs attended to :)

**** UPDATE - for some reason not all my pictures are uploaded. The picture of the hems is AFTER it was fixed, the pictures of the poor done hems are for some reason not uploaded. Wouldn't recommend this tailor to anybody. In March, I bought two suits, a dinner suit, and four shirts. Nearly all items had flaws and did not reflect quality work of a tailor. Would have liked to give them no stars at all, however that's not possible, thus the one star is for their effort afterwards, which is described at the end - but first, all the flaws in detail. First of all, event though I explicitly asked for slim pants and stressed that each time I went to try them at the store (three times), all pants are too loose with way too much fabric, especially in the pelvis region. Also, I did not want the pants to be short, but lie on the shoes with a small fold in front, but somehow they all are too short (see pictures attached). For all the pants the hems are extremely visible and are furthermore crooked - not very nicely done (see attached pictures - just to show how it should look I have also attached a picture of the hems after my own tailor have fixed them). In addition there are NO buttons for suspenders in the dinner pants even though I asked for it explecitly and were told that they were standard on dinner pants. The hems for the sleeves are also very poorly done with shoulder pads being too large and extremely visible, and that complies to all the jackets (see attached picture of the blue suit jacket). There is a very visible grey spot on the back of the dinner pants (see picture attached). The lapel on the dinner jacket have very visible interior seam allowances on both sides (see the picture attached). I tried on a shirt of which the other shirts would be measured from, however although that shirt was shortened on my request the other three shirts are still made extremely long (see attached picture). In addition, three of the four shirts are made too small in the breast region making folds in a reversed V (see attached picture). Unfortunately I got all the items when I was leaving Singapore, hence did not have time to go to the store. In stead I wrote an e-mail to them describing all the above. First, they offered me a free suit in compensation, however I of course declined that. In stead they offered to pay for corrections made by a tailor in my own country - and that is what they get their one star for. Would have given them two if all the items could have been fixed, however, the pants for the two suits couldn't be saved as they from the start had construction flaws in the designing of the pockets, and also, the three shirts that are too small in the breast area of course couldn't be made larger. Based on my experiences, I have trouble recommending their services to anyone.

I made a Tuxedo for my wedding reception and I have to say I only have praise for the staff of Prince Custom Tailors. The turnaround was very quick and the fitting in the shop was done seamlessly. The staff were very helpful throughout my purchase and I will firmly recommend them compared to others in Far East Plaza, Singapore.

UPDATE as of March 2019. Got the finished shirts and the casual suit. Everything lools good and fits right. So, still awesome! Well it's been 3 years and it was time for new work shirts so we returned. Lo and behold if these guys didn't just dazzle us supremely by 1. Finding our old invoice immediately and 2. Speaking perfect English AND having patience with our needing time to pick fabrics, etc. They helped us with suggestions and didn't get offended when we were choosing one thing over another thing. As far as pricing goes, the shirts we got last time are still in pretty good shape but after years of daily wear it is time for new stuff but not because the old ones are worn out, however! The shirts are about the same price as the casual collared short sleeve shirts we buy at local department stores, but these are custom made and include initials embroidery so it is technically a better deal. I will try to remember to post pics of the new shirts but here are a couple pics of old ones for now. So, in short - yes. Recommended!
