★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices have increased steadily. Hairstylist tries to hard sell customers into getting one of their packages. Packages start from $500. However you will be shocked that many of the services that the hairstylist persuades you to do, will not be included in the package (and therefore you will have to fork out cash on top of the expensive package). The so called "discount" from the package has reduced to a measly 15% from 25% previously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As much as I understand all hair stylists will want to sell their hair care products, these particular saloon just simply cannot stop hard selling.. it's very annoying. And if you refuse to purchase, be prepared to receive a black face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequent the salon at NEX, found out that there’s one at Seletar Mall and decided to try. Place was clean and it wasn’t too crowded. Staffs were friendly and I was greeted with smiles. I was served by Jeremy, quick and efficient, satisfied by my haircut. While chatting I mentioned that I often use hot iron therefore drying out the ends of my hair, he gently recommended for me to try straightening treatment, not pushy at all. Will consider for my next visit as he have a good attitude and is professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was charged around 49$ for just hair cut for my long hair. I specifically requested layer cut and I ended up with U shape hair instead of the usual V shape for layered hair cuts. The stylist even tried to justify that U shape looks nicer. Overpriced and very mediocre, not worth the price. Only glad that she didn’t cut my hair uneven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit time visit this place because my stylist James is here. Been a very happy customer with James skill, knowledge & service for the past 8 years since he is at the other saloon. Really glad that he is back to SG again after for almost 2 years i've been stressed unable to find a suitable stylist.
The feeling of him become my stylist again like i just strike lottery. Thank you James. Terima kasih. Xie xie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by Senior Stylist Mike. He is super friendly and professional. He shared his knowledge with me on how to better take care of my hair and style it to the style I wanted. Not only that, he did such an amazing job with my hair that even I was really surprised by the results and left the store feeling so confident. A job well done to Mike and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service in Seletar Mall!! They Don’t track appointments, since it’s festive season I called them a week before to book appointment, but when I called a day before to confirm he says no appointment and yelling at me, “no manpower what you want to do is? “
And they don’t even apologise, I am saying my event is 5 and they say if you want come at 1, where in I booked appointment for 3 a week before.
I wish I get the guy name!
