β β β β β My first experience at Caring Skin has been nothing short of amazing. My skin feels really good, and better yet I got to understand my skin better with the Visia Analysis. I appreciate how there's a form to fill up to get to know their first time customers in terms of allergies, skincare habits, and our personal goals and even some questions I've never thought about before. This shows me that the staff at Caring Skin are very meticulous. Consultant Sherry was very patient in explaining the procedures to me and also clarifying and doubt I had. Their rooms are beautiful and professionally maintained and you feel at peace when you enter. The Welcome Massage and treatments they did for my face were super calming (Esthetician Eve did an awesome job)!
When my session ended, Sherry did a summary with me being patient with explaining how to use the products, and even checked in if my main concerns were being met in the session. No hard selling at all :)

Constantly checking in with me to see how I'm feeling during the session and she's super friendly and warm! Love it here :)

β β β β β Did my facial trial at Caring skinβs jcube outlet. Was warmly welcomed by staff Ain upon entering. Did a skin analysis with staff Janice, who took the time to explain the issues that i am facing and properly advice on the right facial treatment for me and the home care treatment i should do. For the facial, it was done by staff Kathy and Iβd say she did a very good job. Felt very relaxed from the start and she was fun to talk with! I am also very impressed that the extraction was painless.
Overall i had a great experience with Caring skin. Felt very well taken care of. Looking forward to the next session!

β β β β β Had a wonderful experience with Kathy. She was very friendly and nice throughout the whole session. I felt so lucky that my first trial was done by her! She is so professional and I can feel her passion towards her work! I like her massage and she explain to me for each of the steps. She also joke with me and make me feel comfortable during the session. Janice who explained to me my skin condition was very patient and knowledgeable. I did not sign up for package due to budget. However, she did not hard sell and still have this smile on her! She even remind me on the skincare products I used when I walk out of the door. I am really surprised by their service and equipments! If I could I would love to visit this place when I am rich! This is definitely your choice of facial if you don't have any budget!

β β β β β Sherry was extremely pleasant and sweet throughout the session. The shoulder massage was very relaxing. I did the Collagen Veil and have been doing the same treatment for a couple of times and it doesn't disappoint. Extraction was painless too. The post-session consultation with Janice was informative, she helped me understand what my skin needs without any hard selling. Thoroughly enjoyed myself getting pampered with Caring Skin. β β β β β I have gone through for almost 10 sessions with Caring Skin now, and I must say what a good service they have provided. Last year, I suffered with redness and itchiness on my face as I have a very sensitive skin. But after a few months taking care of my skin by going through facials and put on some products purchased from Caring skin, I no longer have redness and do not feel the itch anymore. So thank you Caring Skin for helping me out! And shoutout to Seline for providing such a great service and always being friendly towards me!

β β β β β I was recommended to Caring Skin by a friend, to have a facial before my Wedding. The entire experience was very comfortable.There was no hard-sell. The staff was very friendly and hospitable.
I have sensitive skin and sometimes my skin becomes dry or flaky. The beautician educated me about my skin, pointed out that it is due to the late work nights, and lack of hydration which was true, and did a great job with the facial and the message. There was zero rush in the entire process. She also paid great attention in ensuring that there would be sufficient time for my skin to recover from the treatment and look great for my big day.
Overall I was impressed by both the facial experience, and the service attitude. Highly recommended.

From the moment you step in, you are eased and welcomed by the therapists and guided to a cosy room for the entire treatment procedure. I know I am in good hands each time and i always look forward to the next session even before leaving the place. Kathy is the sweetest and most delicate with handling my skin and always makes sure to recommend only products that I need and making sure my skin is glowing and improved after each session. Best facial experience and highly recommended!
