HI owner of Hairbliss, actually I did not give any rating to Google, it was auto rating. However if I would to rate, its gonna be 3 stars to be fair to the other stylists. I brought my bf to for a hair cut this late afternoon. I recommended him to Hairbliss because my last two experiences was not too bad. Overall haircut and service for my boyfriend was ok by a young man who is a senior hairstylist with a spectacle. Unfortunately my Saturday got spoilt by your rude female staff. I don't know her name but I remember her weird matching attire. She was wearing some kind of colorful unicorn blouse with pleated quarter sleeve and light brown high waist midi skirt. Initially I was being invited to be seated beside my bf by the senior hair stylist and while waiting for tea to be served, at the same time I was considering if I should trim my hair too, but suddenly she came to me and chased me away to sit else where, she claimed that she have other customers who need to be served. I was puzzled, am I not the customer?! At that point of time I didn't know where I should be be seated at, ended up got to squeezed at the bar table with others. The best part was throughout the whole whole entire session of my boyfriend hair cut, the chair was EMPTY!!! and there were few more empty seats in the salon! I don't know what kind of service is this and this made me having reservation if its worth coming back since there are so many more salons out there in the whole entire mall. I'm deeply disappointed with such service and treatment. And so I decided not to get my hair cut since I am not welcome and left after payment.

Agnes and Aden washes my hair very shiok, agnes cut my fringe very well. They also serve very good drinks in their salon. They also have very good hair products

Agnes is one of the most talented and warm hairdressers I’ve ever been to. She takes effort and care in ensuring that your haircut is what you want and she never comprises on quality. She is also always dressed so beautifully and I truly enjoy our monthly trims!

Has been visiting for their hair service way before Hairbliss was setup, look for Glenn to set your appointment before heading down else to avoid disappointment. One of your loyal customer and will continue to be Hairfactor!

Chanced upon Aden on one occasion and I have never regretted! As a matter of fact, I have renewed my membership with Aden a few times and each time he did not fail to give me the closest shave, topped with a clean and fresh look. Agnes was friendly as made everyone feel at home. This is why I have been a customer of more than 2 years (and counting) ! Kudos to the team at Hairbliss Room!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! Love the results so much - thank you Glenn for salvaging my beyond gone hair ??? Prices are affordable as well. Don’t forget to make your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment though!!

I was okay at first with the day results however, I would like to only review 2-3 days later. As expected, it’s more of the money/upselling. No doubt, their service was okay. But the recommended treatment wasn’t effective at all. I find my hair was more greasy than previous. They recommended me an expensive treatment that could cure my so called oily hair but difference is only the first day. Then they recommended me something for my damaged hair but only for a day/two and its back to square one. Mind you, i spent $300+ within a span of 2 hours and all the treatment is done. Please stop upselling treatment that won’t be effective because we customers is really looking for treatment to cure our current hair problem.
