Kai Ren and Prithi were very helpful and patient with me. They answered all my questions and were very gentle with me. I really enjoyed my time there and it was so peaceful that I got a lot of work done. I also appreciate how they both made sure I was comfortable and ok with whatever was going to happen. I was also really happy with the service they provided. Kai Ren did a good job explaining to me about how to maintain my hair colour and hair cut. I would visit this salon again!

Yvonne was an incredibly skilled and informative hairstylist and gave me proper advice on how to properly style and what matches my hair types the best. Will definitely come back again!

This place is amazing for extreme full hair color transformation. The hair expert is amazingly experienced talented and skilled and their staffs are equally friendly well mannered and skilled. This is my second time coloring my whole hair blue and I am always left feeling super happy and content hence I highly recommend this salon and the hair expert Ashlyn. I was actually really excited to try out the LOOOK salon as I was looking over their works for months. I always had issues with achieving even blonde shade from root to ends and I was really hopeful when I visited the salon. PROs: The salon was clean and spacious. Near a toilet and some eateries as well. So I would say it's very conveniently located. Seats were also OK. Price is really reasonable value for money. Customer service is prompt and good as well Actual experience: I requested to do a icy blonde colour and Showed the stylist photo from the salon's Instagram for reference. So I thought it will come out the same. After the visit, as the salon had a warm based lighting I thought it was just the orange light making my hair look a bit yellow than what the shade should be. However when I went home, I compared my hair pic with the requested shade and its two different blonde shades. The salon was really nice, asked me to go down and touch up with no further questions asked. I went down again for a touch up but the touch up was only done to my hair ends. When I left the salon my roots were a much orangey shade blonde and my ends were a silvery blonde shade. Stylist mentioned that it will blend as I wash. So I trusted her. When I went home, again I realised there was a patch of my hair at the back which was not toned during the retouch. So it was one entire patch that was left out. To add on, during the initial visit, when I was having a blow dry, the assistant who helped blow my hair was really rough and my scalp hurt a lot. Hair was already weak after chemical treatment but was still combed really hard by the assistant and lots of hair fell out. In summary, I was really upset with my experience here. My hair suffered a fair bit of breakage( my fringe totally snapped) and I was OK if the colour turned out fine. Now I'm stuck with a weird hair colour and a botched fringe. I was hoping to look for the boss Richard but couldn't find him. Maybe the outcome will be better. Maybe it's just my bad experience because I saw other customers walked out with beautiful hair colours (Update: After washing once with purple shampoo, the roots and base did not blend as what the stylist mentioned. It turned even more obvious)

My go to place for bleaching and hair colour for the past 1.5yrs. Hair stylist is meticulous and careful with your hair and are able to give suggestion to maintain healthy hair while achieving desired results. Always leave the place feeling pretty?? Can’t wait for my next session?

Stylists were very busy attending to the customers esp during the almost CNY period, but they still delivered! This was my first time at their salon and the experience was pleasant despite that it took a bit longer than what I expected. There's no hard selling at all, and the result is as per what have been discussed. Super worth for the price they offered ? a satisfied customer here. Thanks to everyone!!

The stylist did exactly what i had in mind for my hair as I gave her a reference picture of what I wanted. She style it even more better than the picture that I gave her. She somehow knew I did not wanted my hair to be too light and she dyed accordingly to which suits me! Had a great first experience at the salon and the service they provided was great! Would love to come again
