★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a Merchant for Hako Jurong Point for 4 months. From the very first day I signed up to be a Merchant with them, I regretted it almost immediately and my regret came to be fulfilled tenfold. To say tenfold would be an understatement. Service staff iq level is lower than that of a uneducated adult that doesn’t know it. They have no means or flexibility to solve even simple issues which is just impractical for the real world. I lost 1000 in 4 months when rental is 250 each. Oh well. You have been warned. Learn from my despair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a lazy person to write reviews but here I am. The big burly staff's disrespectful attitude and the overrated prices of certain product with poor quality gave me a totally disappointed shopping experience over there. Will NOT suggest any of my friends or family members to shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping here as a tcg lover is honestly a great choice... There are variety of card games you can buy, and some of them can be found in either Japanese or English... One of the staff was very friendly when i bought YuGiOh, he support me for still playing the game and also motivated me to aim to play for competition level...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 8 year old daughter bought a slime which they didn't add enough activator or something along that line. When We brought back, they told us to buy an activator to add in. We bought a complete product, if we want to make our own slime, we would have done so. It is like buying a shirt from Girodano and found out it has a missing button and they ask me to buy a set of new buttons, not just 1 but a set. Anyway just beware of their business ethics. Anyway We let our daughter handles everything so she said she will never be back and ask all her friends to stay away from Hako.
