Mr Ravi has been of great help to me for the past 15 years with my neck problems and vertigo. He is very patient and that helps me to recover quickly and efficiently. I would recommend his services for anyone who needs physiotherapy.

It has been 5-6 years now that I have been suffering from lower back pain and sometime by crippling sciatica. To be perfectly honest, the first time when I visited Ravi & his team at Hallmark I didn’t hold out much hope. Over the last 5 years my severe lower back pain had been treated by a number of physiotherapists, TCM consultants and chiropractors without success. All were well-meaning people but none managed to cure my pain. I received temporary relief because all focused on symptoms and not the cause. I think Ravi treats every person as a valued individual and certainly not as a customer. Ravi diagnosed my problem and provided treatment plan exactly targeted to my problem. The customized exercises that he gave me were perfect and helped to cure my pain. As long as, I continue these exercises I don't face any problems. He even told me that there is no need for me to visit him often if I continue the recommended exercises regularly. He is not motivated by money! He is focused on providing permanent solution to the customer's problem. From the reception staff to all the physiotherapists, they are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. I've been going to Hallmark for a few years now for neck and shoulder issues and for general well-being. Mr Ravi is knowledgeable and competent in providing the right treatment and advice to manage pain. Under his guidance, I've also been doing other strength training exercises at home which have made my body much stronger than before.

Felt like a conveyor belt style service where I received a very short consultation with very generic advice - it was quite evident that he couldn't really make sense of the MRI report that I'd brought along - before I was moved through various stations manned by his team of inexperienced interns who did very perfunctory motions (one of them didn't even know how to operate the ultrasound machine) and then at the end there was some pushy sales of their highly effective cream. No actual problem-solving. Thankfully I have found a much better physiotherapist elsewhere.

Mr. Ravi is very professional. He solved my back pain within five sessions with his accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan which included massages, icing, ultrasound machine and stretching exercises. Good physiotherapist, highly recommended.
