★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently renovated my kitchen and common toilet using Hamid &Sons company services and I must say I am left completely satisfied . The ID Kelvin from Joo Chiat Branch was really a blessing to work with .From the conceptualisation stage right through to post renovation stage , he was there to front the project and updated me every step of the way. He would physically be present to monitor that work was done efficiently and skill fully. Though the COVID situation did present manpower and supply challenges but Kevin pushed through and ensured the work didn’t suffer. He gave many good suggestions that enhanced the aesthetics and functionality of the kitchen and toilet . I am absolutely impressed with the end product and would this company again in a heartbeat ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently engaged Hamid and Sons services for our recent home renovation, the ID, Kelvin, from Joo Chiat branch, was very efficient in handling our project, working with us in designing our dream home according to our taste, and he managed to deliver what he promised in terms of design,and at the same time being mindful of the time frame we had to give him, although we had a few glitches here and there due to covid restrictions, Kelvin honoured his word and gave us our home on time.
The workmanship is value for money, especially the carpentry works, which included the wardrobes, display cabinet TV consolev and of course kitchen cabinet.
We would like to thank Kelvin and team the excellent work done and would recommend Hamid and Sons and ID Kelvin to anyone looking to renovate their homes tastefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoddy workmanship. Did not execute renovations properly. Very hard to contact to reconcile problems. Products used for renovations were of very low quality. For example, paint is so low quality that it attracts dust. Alot of appliances are already starting to spoil after only 3 years. HIGHLY do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend as the ID sales person Mr Ricky from Joo Chiat Branch is very professional and give a good explanations in all the details. He will even accompany us with our hardware shopping and guide us to choose the right and suitable hardware like sink and toilet accessories. Cannot imagine if this renovations work goes without Mr Ricky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Poor carpentery skill; D & T secondary school can do a better job.
2. Claimed to have in house carpenter but carpentery took the longest. On average, carpenter came once every two weeks.
3. Carpenter doesn't admit his poor skill.
4. 6 months of renovation yet not completed due to carpentery.
5. Extremely lousy painters (2pax) allocated to us. Took 4 days to paint a 4Rm unit. Each session lasted 3hr maxed. Doesn't use sealer as a base. He will just paint over uneven walls without basic plastering. Over painted all the corner and edges. Painter claimed that they painted the ceiling but on detailed inspection, it's not painted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Hamid & Sons to renovate my house, recommended by my brother's friend as he did their reno with Hamid & Sons too.
From hacking to flooring works, from kitchen to bedroom, they work closely to ensure that we achieve the details we want to have for our house.
Also, we truly appreciate their effort for responding to me promptly from the start and to share his ideas with us until the final installation! ☺️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service and workmanship!!!Very irresponsible so called senior interior designer Kelvin Ang from Joo Chiat branch that always had many excuses to delays and workmanship defects and always asking for additional payments by cash / paynow.
Took 4 months for basic renovation and we had to move in with unfinished work and lots of defects. We were being promised that touch up of the defects will be done but then again, ID gave excuses and went MIA. It’s has been 3 months since we moved in but nothing was being touched up!!! Totally unacceptable!!!
Contacted their customer service staff that responded initially but didn’t reply eventually as well. Engage this company at your own risk!!!!
