★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hesitant to accommodate to our preferences. Instead , keep emphasizing "this is the standard one our company do to all our customer". Well , not all ur customers have the standard mobility and preferences. Initiative is all it takes to be transparent to us by informing us if the height/width is ok for us. It is own common sense actually when u did the measurements if you have that little initiative to put your customer convenience into consideration . N push the blame to us ,your customer for not telling u before u start ur carpentry works. We definitely let u know if we knew u have that "i do standard height one" motto ! Overall ,disappointed with the way u handle our kitchen reno !
