people working are very rude not professional at all.

Heard your advertisment while listening to my favourite radio channel, Warna FM. Truly an underappreciated gem in Singapore, deserves much more attention that you currently receive.

Went to get quotation even after all the bad reviews we heard about. Was reluctantly greeted by the first guy sitting at the first table from entrance. I said reluctant cos he was busy on his phone and it seems like our presence was disturbing him. Regardless, we still proceed with our plan. Once we gave our floorplan, other IDs will have to reprint again to make sure that measurement is correct, but this guy he said "no need this one rough drawing only" ok fine. Then we proceed to discuss about what we want and what we are looking for, he was just "Hmmm, next? Next? Next? Next?" The discussion was only about 10 mins, the only input from him during the discussion was "next next next next next next next next next next next next next next next next next next" he took down my number and he capped it with "Ok we will get back to you with the quotation." It's been almost a month now, and still no news from him. Not that we're looking forward to his quotation, but we're just stunned that quality of a service is still being rendered in today's world where competitions are everywhere. This staff demonstrated the complacency and lack of goals this ID have and the respect they regard their customers/potential customers.
