★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw this unethical male stall owner collected money at the same time touches the food. The assistant, presumably his wife, who cooks the fish soup uses her bare hand to take the raw fish. Hope that everyone take note!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Teochew fish soup that's decently priced. Lots of fish in the $6 bowl although you can also buy the $4 or $5 bowl too. There's also braised pork that goes very well with rice if you're having fish soup with rice. Two thumbs up!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you google, the name is exactly the same as the famous amoy street market Han kee fish soup stall with snaking queues.
Have noticed them for a while and though the signage is different from the amoy I wondered if it's the same fish galore, bang for buck experience.
Queue here is about 10 folks not too bad.
Now having ate here, I can say it's a different stall from the amoy one, as the soup base there is garlic.
Soup: it's a bit of a teo chew style clear soup with tomato, tofu, fried shallots, Chinese parsley, preserved veg and Chinese cabbage, gives the soup a savory and light natural sweetness.
Fish slices: it's decent amount for a 6 dollar bowl of Batang fish.
Special: they sell pig skin and bean curd skin (tau pok) in dark sauce as side dishes
Great alternative to the fish soup when you have rice!
I like the uncle for his fairness too. As the queue was long and an white hair auntie came and tried to cut the queue by indicating she is old hence entitled and sat right in front, he insisted she queued too as there were so many people in line.

Can be better? Definitely YES!
Coming back? Perhaps when I see more better review that they have improved. (Of genuine reviews)
