What I failed to understand was if items were unavailable, it should remove it from the menu rather than giving the false impression that the menu was good to order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have enjoyed their soup + sandwich combo over the years. While prices have increased, service standards are deteriorating. Staff there are not friendly at all. I don't know why they would try to do burgers and steaks. The burgers look totally different from the picture. Understandably. The patties have been mass-produced and heavily marinated so they taste alright. But obviously the people cooking them are not chefs. The burgers are simply cooked and edible. I would suggest they stick to soup and improve on their service quality instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is located at level 1 at Changi City Point Mall. They have a union of three The soup spoon, Grill Knife and the Burger. The ambiance is quite a different like a caved place but frankly to say the taste was not up to the mark. It will be a on the go type of restaurant. Can have food only once here.
On the good note the service persons are so pleasant and warm????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the Peri Peri chicken thigh with basil pesto rice and fries. Soup is tangy tomato with basil. Taste is great and portion is a little bit small for a big eater like me, though I'm pretty sure its alright for a normal eater.
If anything, I might not visit too often due to its price. I won't say its unreasonable but I would prefer to eat something else with more volume in comparison to the price.
