Delicious and soup with strong flavours

I recommend DON'T BUY especially dinner time, I ordered take away the lotus root peanut soup without rice for dinner around 6pm during weekdays. The soup was mixed with WATER, and it's TASTELESS!! And charged me $5.30 for the TASTELESS soup I ever had before! Please la, do business honestly especially you are selling FOOD.

Quite a few years ago, I ordered from this stall and thought it was good. On my second visit, I bumped into an acquaintance who teaches Chinese Calligraphy. This time, the seal of approval goes much further. He said they do it well and in the traditional style and with traditional flavours. Have been going back when I can ever since! I try to order a different thing from here every time but we do have our favourites and have never been disappointed. Have been coming to this place for a few years now. Even my family, which has its share of fussy eaters, enjoys the delicious, tasty soups. Tasty Double Boiled Goodness! My dad likes the Pig's Stomach soup. He likes the peppery quality and they really clean all the parts well, so everybody is happy. Have ordered Watercress and Pork Ribs, as well as their (wonderfully affordable) Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and ABC soups. Loved them all, especially paired with the Pumpkin Rice. Yums! The lovely lady who has a ready smile and welcome greeting is always friendly to customers. So is the elderly gentleman who sometimes mans the stall when she is not around. Excellent service and refills if you are dining in. Am going back tonight for some more!

Love the white radish pork ribs soup (白萝卜排骨汤)! Flavourful soup boiled with fresh pork ribs, soft white radish and cuttlefish. But we don't like the lotus root soup as the pork ribs' texture was usually tough. Auntie is always friendly and polite.

Soup is salty and ingredients not fresh. Ordered lotus root soup some of the peanuts tasted "moldy". The meat is very tough too, wonder how much boiling really took place. I left the whole portion untouched.
