Customer service is very good with no hard selling, which is very important. They always leave it to you to decide without pushing. If you are happy with the services, you’ll surely come back without being persuaded by them. To me, it’s very ethical and professional. Highly recommend to all.

Enjoyed every single facial I have tried so far since the end results are amazing. Their techniques are unique too. I’m a total convert to Hanbang since the first session as they had exactly everything I was looking for in a facial and maybe even better - no hard selling at all, face and shoulder massages with proper techniques (they are so good!), machines are being used for treatments and each session lasts minimally 1.5 hours. I always walk out feeling so pampered and taken care of. My facial therapist Fiona is such a sweetheart - she’s so professional and always goes the extra mile. I especially love how she clearly explains every step and products being used throughout the session. I also see visible results after each session. Highly recommend this place and Fiona :)

The best part about sessions with Fiona is that the extractions done by her is painless so no more squirming in discomfort. I really appreciate that she's very gentle with my skin and ensure that my eyes are well covered under the strong light during extractions and LED treatment. Been going to Hanbang for more than a year and I like how they are not pushy with sales. They would recommend you the products that suits your needs but you can decide to purchase it or not. Fiona and her team at Hanbang are all very professional and approachable so I'm always looking forward to my next session.
