I really love Mtm Orchard service and facial. I always feel relax when I am there. Iris will attend all my queries and Ping Ping will help me see what facial I need. Normally I will do q10 and oxygen facial together. Ping Ping will help me do extraction and then a shoulder massage to relax my mind. Iris will also recommend me what products I should use. All the products she recommends are customized for my face. I am extremely pleased with their services and will definitely recommend to my friends!

Was there for the first time and super impressed by the service. Iris was patient in explaining my skin condition. My therapist Ping Ping was caring and sensitive in letting me rest during treatment. She also frequently washed her hands. The room was clean and cosy (love the blanket!) There was no aggressive hard-selling after the treatment. My skin was so much clearer and glowing. I started with MTM Wheelock in 2009. I was recommended by my aunt who has been doing facial there. Iris was my first consultant who welcomed me then. She’s always so cheerful and friendly. Best products are the sun block, moisturiser, puri mask and BB cream. Besides Iris, Kathy and Christy have been doing facial for me and I love how attentive they are to my needs.

I have been coming for facials for the past 6 months. Angeline's service is always professional, attentive and her massage techniques are wonderful. My skin is analysed by machines before every facial so the therapists knows what to focus on to treat my skin. The products are also very good. My skin has improved and I always feel more relaxed after coming here for facials.

I have been a customer of this place for more than a decade now and I must say the quality of the products and services provided is top notch. My face is well maintained with their quality products and advanced equipment used in facials. To add on to that the consultant at Wheelock Place, Iris, has made my every visit very pleasant. Despite many changes to the beauticians that came and left, she has been the one ensuring that my facial experience there do not change with her bubbly personality. She maintained a high level of service standards using a 90 degrees bow, like the Japanese who do that to the most respected person, to thank customers after their visit. Very interesting indeed! She is truly a gem to the company! The staff at the place are welcoming and attentive to customers needs, not to mention, Ping Ping, who does my facials merticulously, who would ensure that my facial room is comfortable and clean all the time, explaining things to me patiently. Though their services are a little pricey, I must say that it is money well spent as the service standards at the company is truly exceptional with the great people and products they have. Kudos to MTM, Iris and Ping Ping.
